This week on board:
*Was pretty uneventful, (unlike the week for our friends in New York) which made a nice change.
* We hung out on a mooring owned by the lovely family that owns the Pirate Beach and who are taking really good care of us.
*Book were read, card games were played and a lot of kayaking was done.
* Paloma got sick with a really high temperature for the first time on the trip. ( she seems to be on the mend)
* James spent a lot of time on the computer planning our futures, both near and far. I think Turkey is in our near future. Stay tuned.
What did you do this week? (survive a hurricane?) Put your week in the comments, we love hearing from you!
I do feed him and he eats a lot. Actually it’s starting to get annoying, it feels like everything he eats ends up on my ass.
We Love hearing about Linus. Paloma has stepped up her “dog for Paloma campaign” I have suggested when we get back to land she volunteer at a shelter and we see how that goes.
Spring has come to Sydney and I’ve been planting lots of seeds in my garden. Linus is now three months old and is 14 kilograms! He doesn’t seem to know where his feet are, he often falls over as he skips about. He looks very comical as he runs, with his huge floppy ears flapping. He is a happy boy, and utterly adorable which is a good thing, because he loves to chew anything he sees! Emmylou is doing really well at agility, soon we’ll be going up a class. We are all loving the warmer mornings, walking down by the bay.
The cayaking looked fun, happy to hear that Paloma is on the mend, wow, only once during the trip, lucky girl… The weather in Van has been really nice for a change, we have lbeen very fortunate given the circumstances back east. I’m starting school next week for the first time in twenty years, lol, looking 4ward to it. Taking a diploma program for Child and Youth Care.

On a seperate note, James please try to eat more, your very thin… I know it must be hard to get the right amount but you are making me worry.
Love to all… Nick.
