This week off board:
*James returned to Turkey. Yay!
* We paid another visit to our favorite market.
*We took a road trip to the national park with longest name ever and visited some more ruins on the way.
* Ronan turned eight. This was the most momentous thing that happen this week, of course. Paloma made a cake. Ronan got to choose his day; egg, bacon and chips for breakfast, playing Lego and video games all day and the amusement park after dark.
* We started packing up Ondine.
How was your week? leave your week in the comments, we love hearing from you?
This my all time favorite comment on the blog. I’ve been thing about your hair all week.
This week Linus is nearly as big as Emmylou. I did I tell you I got my hair cut? It is now as short as it was when Ronan was born. My hairdresser cut it off in 4 plaits, 30 to 34cm long and I gave them to a wigmaker who makes wigs for people who have lost their hair. She was very pleased with it and said all the cancer girls want blond hair. I am glad my hair is going to be appreciated, but I have been thinking: what if I saw someone walking down the street wearing a wig from my hair. Would I recognise it? Would it feel kind of spooky?
Pleased for the family that James has returned. Ronan seems his smiling self. I’m (..!) how much Paloma has of her grandma’s (Kate)looks. Luna Park, the markets – Turkish tomatoes, cilantro/coriander.. My missus celebrated her birthday (last Sunday 25th). Window shopping, a new formal (backless!) evening gown in midnight blue. Dinner and the movies – “The Zookeeper”
